We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to work in one of the leading hotels in Jersey. Your main duties will include organising HR procedures efficienlty, team development, promoting the company's values through performance managment, employee relations and recognition. You will also be working with the management team to identify training needs and deliver a variety of training courses.

The right candidate will have excellent HR skills and a proven track record of working in a similar position or as a HR Officer within a service focused organisation. A relevant qualification at degree level would be an advantage. You need to be able to build strong and productive relationships, project a positive attitude and posses the ability to motivate the hotel teams.
