A 4 Star Hotel in St. Helier is looking for a qualified Chef de Partie.
The duties include: reporting to the Executive Head Chef, developing and learning new recipes, daily preparation and presentation of food and ensuring the kitchen is kept hygienically clean. Training and managing the kitchen team will also be involved. This position requires a good level of English, good communication skills and the ability to plan and organise under pressure. Candidates should have 1-2 years experience within a similar role and a Chef degree in International Cuisine.
