Job Description
We are looking for a General Manager to run a medium size 3* hotel in Jersey.
We want someone who is eager to make their mark. A proven professional when it comes to managing a team, as General Manager you'll know how to ensure they consistently provide excellent service and constantly surpass our customers' expectations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Managing all aspects of your hotel
* Handling budgeting and forecasting
* Instilling a culture of continuous improvement
* Ensuring staff are constantly motivated and enthusiastic
Your skills and qualifications will include:
* Successful management experience in quality hotel operation
* Previous marketing experience and good budgeting skills
* An inspirational leader and motivator
* Excellent brand awareness and outstanding organizational skills
* The ability to build a strong rapport with guests
* A real desire to exceed expectations
